Subscribers can view their subscription schedule online. You will log in with your online login and password, then be re-directed to your schedule.

Subscribers may exchange their tickets to another performance of the same show without any exchange fees at least 24 hours before your performance. Subscribers may exchange on the day of the show with a $10 per ticket exchange fee.
To exchange, you may call the Patron Services at 202-488-3300, visit us in person at the Box Office, or login intoMy Account.
Exchanges into a more expensive performance or seating area require payment of the upgrade amount at the time of the exchange. Refunds are not given for exchanges into less expensive performances.
If you are unable to attend another performance before the run ends, you may donate your tickets to Arena Stage. Tickets are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and will be acknowledged with a written receipt. Donations must be made at least two hours before show time. To donate your tickets, please call Patron Services at 202-488-3300 or email info@arenastage.org.
An Arena Stage exclusive – even when you accidentally miss a show, Team Arena can work with you to get you into another performance with a Complimentary Standby Seat. Subscribers who miss their performance can call Patron Services up to 7 days ahead of their desired performance, and will receive the best available seats at no additional cost (subject to availability).
Seat locations will not be quoted as they are subject to change and based on availability. Tickets will be held at Will Call for pick up. This offer is good for all subscription shows.

Come to Arena Stage in person or callPatron Services at 202-488-3300. We will verify your seating and reissue replacement tickets. The original tickets will be void.
Subscribers and single-ticket purchasers may purchase parking in advance by callingPatron Services at 202-488-3300. The subscriber rate for parking is $18 per performance. Single ticket purchasers may reserve parking for $30 in advance of their performance provided there is availability.
Any parking available on the day of the performance will be sold at the garage on a first-come, first-served basis for $27. Handicapped parking may also be purchased in advance with a copy of a valid handicap parking tag. The garage is open from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Parking at 1100 & 1101 4th Street is $18 in advance and $22 drive-up, respectively.
Absolutely. The Waterfront Metrorail station is located one block east of Arena Stage. In addition, Metrobus stops are conveniently located just steps from the theater entrance. Visit our Transportation page for more public transit options
We've partnered with DC Central Kitchen to offer a range of healthy and delicious boxed meals that you can pre-reservewhile planning your visit, and simply pick up to enjoy once you get to the theater.

Hearing-assistance devices as well as large-print and braille programs are available upon request. Accessible seating, restrooms and parking are also available.
Arena Stage offers valet service at no additional cost to our patrons with accessibility needs who have booked their parking in our garage in advance! We also offer this service based upon availability for $25 without advance booking. To take advantage of this service, simply pull up at the main entrance to Arena Stage on Sixth Street and a valet will assist you. There is also a curb cut at this location for your convenience. At Arena Stage, we strive to make sure all of our performances go on as planned, but sometimes safety has to be taken into consideration and we must decide to cancel a performance. If this happens, patrons will be contacted via phone, email and text as soon as a decision is made. Postings will also be made on arenastage.org, the Arena Stage Facebook page and the Arena Stage Twitter (@arenastage).

Arena Stage offers gift certificates for any amount and they hold their value for five years from date of issue. The value of a gift certificate can be applied to any purchases or reservations made through tPatron Services including café and parking reservations, as well as single ticket and subscription purchases.

Tickets to a performance at Arena Stage should be purchased either directly from us or from our authorized third-party vendors, Goldstar and TodayTix. As no other ticket resellers are authorized vendors, we are unable to honor tickets purchased elsewhere. If you are a ticket holder to an upcoming performance and are unable to attend, please contact our Sales Office to exchange or donate your ticket.
GROUP SALES
A group theater outing with classmates, colleagues, friends or family is a perfect way to learn, socialize and enjoy great live theater. We offer discounts up to 50% for groups of 10 or more. Specific prices vary according to the type of show, day of week, and seating desired. Call the Group Sales Office at 202-488-4380.
Need a great fundraising idea for your club or organization? Buy tickets with us at the group discount (prices are not printed on tickets) and sell them at a higher rate. The difference is pure profit for you and you get great entertainment in the bargain!

This will include details of your reservation and payment schedule. Please sign a copy and send it back to us.
Group tickets are valid only for the designated performance. They are not exchangeable or refundable. Children ages 5 and up are allowed in the theater.
A deposit of $10 per ticket is due at the time of reservation.The remaining balance is due one month before your show date. All payments are non-refundable.Arena Stage accepts personal, business and travelers’ checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. Please make all checks payable to Arena Stage.
Digital tickets:Tickets will be available online through your My Account page. You will log in with your online login and password, then be re-directed to your schedule.
MY ACCOUNT
Mailing tickets: Tickets will be mailed upon request. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. There is a $20 postage fee.
You may subtract seats from your original reservation until your final payment is due. At that time, we will need your exact count. Please note if your party count drops below 10 individuals you group becomes ineligible for the Group Sales discounts.You may add seats (subject to availability) up until the date of your performance.
Payment is required when you add the tickets if your performance date is less than one month away.
Please notify the group sales office as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your reservation.Deposits are non-refundable and will be held in the event of a cancellation.If you cancel before your balance due date, we will release the canceled tickets and you will not be obligated to pay any balance due.
