Deal over 5000 damage to a single target in one hit.
I got this achievement during the Sky Guardian boss battle at the end of Chapter 4 in the Holy Land. I was Level 37 at the time. You can easily get near 10k damage with a use of Lita's ultimate skill Sunlight Fury, though it takes a little prep. Be sure to use Scout and Elven Fury on Lita's first two turns. Use Taunt and Mark with Adrian's first two turns. Have Doren use Alter Time and then throw a Power potion on Lita (Power II if you have it). Use another Power potion with Seri, then use Lightning on the boss to give it the Shocked effect which increases the damage of the next hit. You are now fully buffed with the boss properly debuffed and have gone through two full turns of battle. Lita should act at the beginning of the third turn and be able to unleash Sunlight Fury and get well beyond the 5k required.
This strategy will work on any enemy, and since you're not really attacking much aside from the Taunt and one lightning spell, you won't kill even basic enemies before using her ultimate skill to get the achievement.

Reach level 50 with at least one character.
This is fairly self-explanatory. The amount of experience required to level up toward the end of this will be quite high, but a group of 4-5 enemies in the final area of the game should get 10-20% of a level each, so it's not that bad. You'll probably be ready for the final boss before this point, but the extra levels are a nice help.

Have 8 buffs active at once on an ally.
These stack, so using two elixirs or spells of the same type counts as two total buffs rather than just one buff. All buffs last for three turns, so with a full party of four, you can easily get this simply by using the four elixir types on a single character two turns in a row. This will stack Power x2, Defense x2, Wisdom x2, and Critical x2 for a total of 8 buffs, unlocking the achievement. A full list of buffs that count toward this achievement are as follows:
- Power Elixir
- Defense Elixir
- Wisdom Elixir
- Critical Elixir
- Elven Focus (Lita Only)
- Reflect (Adrian Only)
- Refresh (Dorian - Regen)
- Defense Up (Dorian - Alter Time)
- Haste/Time Bubble/Slow Time (Dorian - Alter Time Upgrade)

Have 8 debuffs active at once on an enemy.
These stack, so using two elixirs or spells of the same type counts as two total debuffs rather than just one debuff. All debuffs from potions last for three turns, so with a full party of four, you can easily get this by using the the three elixir types on a single enemy (easiest on a boss with a lot of HP) two turns in a row and using two different spells with Seri. This will stack Poison x2, Volatile x2, Corruption x2, and then a combination of Burning/Shocked/Chilled for a total of 8 debuffs, unlocking the achievement. A full list of debuffs that count toward this achievement are as follows:
- Poison Flask
- Volatile Flask
- Corruption Flask
- Taunt (Adrian)
- Mark (Adrian)
- Burning (Seri - Fire)
- Shocked (Seri - Lightning)
- Chilled (Seri - Ice)
- Decrepify (Adrian - Alter Time, Occultist Upgrade Only)

Dive for fish or loot 30 times.
In water, you will often see ripples or fish swimming around. Press on these to get resources or money/treasure, and do so a total of 30 times to unlock this achievement. You should easily get this in Chapter 1.
http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/6579/192993-lo.jpg Herbalist 30:1gs:
Harvest 100 gathering nodes.
You should get this very early in the game. Anything with a sparkle in the world can be harvested for crafting materials (though sometimes the sparkle does appear - you'll get to know which things can be harvested though, so grab things even when they don't sparkle). Plenty of things will reward plants, ores, or thread. Grab everything you can to work on upgrading your gear, especially on Expert difficulty.

There are a total of 12 teleport crystals to find. They are very hard to miss. The full list is as follows:
- Aloria - Bazaar
- Castle Atana - Library
- Blood Forest - Guard Post
- Holy Land - Near Talani
- Eldrinor - Entrance
- Orchards - Mayor's House
- Quarry - Mine
- Seremai Plains - Cave

http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/6579/192997-lo.jpg Skillful 90:1gs:
Upgrade and augment every skill.
For this achievement, you will need a total of five class-based stones to upgrade each skill for your characters. Lita uses Archer stones, Adrian uses Warrior stones, Doren uses Bard stones, and Seri uses Magic stones. There are enough of these to collect in the game to get the achievement, but you can also purchase one of each at Talani's shop if you somehow missed one. The walkthrough in the Road Map points them all out though.
In addition, you will need I believe eight Exotic stones to augment all five skills plus each character's ultimate ability. Most of these will be mined from red ore deposits in the world, but you can also purchase these from most of the game's shops if you want to upgrade sooner or came up short. Again, the walkthrough points out where to find all the ore deposits.
For more information on Skills, see here.
Note: I would highly suggest leaving Adrian's "Reflect" skill as the last to augment. Both options of augmentation actually remove the skill's ability to reflect, destroying its best use. Save prior to augmenting that skill and get the achievement, then reload and leave it un-augmented and just sell the upgrade materials from then on.
http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/6579/192998-lo.jpg Antiquities Collector 90:1gs:
Collect every relic.
There are a total of 19 Relics to find in the game. These provide permanent buffs to the entire party, so they are very useful to have. You can sell them for a nice amount of coin if you want, but I don't see any benefit to that. Money is plentiful toward the end of the game, where the buffs are more helpful. I do not think selling them voids the achievement, but I can't confirm, so that's another reason to avoid selling them.
A full list of the Relics and their locations can be found here, and they are again pointed out in the walkthrough I linked in the Road Map.
http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/6579/192999-lo.jpg Armed to the Teeth 90:1gs:
Upgrade every item to tier 4.
Each character will begin with a basic set of equipment (weapon, offhand, helmet, armor, accessory), and you will be upgrading this same set throughout the game. As you go through the game, different crafting materials will be found in the world or can be purchased at shops. Find everything you can in the world to avoid spending money on upgrading, but be sure to upgrade in line with the story so you're not too weak.
Lita's accessory upgrades automatically with the story, while the other characters will need one ingot per level. The other equipment uses various threads, hides, dust, and essence depending on the item type and level.
A full list of the required crafting ingredients for each upgrade can be found here. Which shops to purchase various things can be found here.
